This Seattle-based Design-Build CM firm works extensively in the financial, retail and private higher-education sectors on projects nationally. With a deep client base, extensive repeat users and a broad network in specific market sectors, they are growing their pre-construction team.

They are hiring an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join their team and help lead projects from early client engagement, design-development, risk management, budgeting and procurement.

A client-led small business, with a focus on collaboration and delivering great projects they provide a contemporary work environment. With a hybrid work policy, genuine work-life balance, and accessible company owners, this organization has succeeded in providing a workplace that few commercial construction companies achieve.

If you are excited about working alongside an in-house design team, and helping lead client partnerships from a project conception whilst working with a progressive, stable, forward-thinking and unique design-build contractor, contact Preston Group to learn more.
